FAQs.
Rarely is preparing for launch. Product availability, supported regions, pricing, fulfillment, and marketplace features will be confirmed in the app and official store listing.
1. What is Rarely?
Rarely is a collectible discovery experience built around the reveal. You choose an available pack, open it, and see the exact item added to your collection. Each pack page will show its contents, pricing, availability, and rarity information before purchase.
2. How does opening a pack work?
Select a pack, review the item pool and terms, then confirm the purchase. Once payment is confirmed, Rarely reveals the selected item and records it in your collection. A technical error does not create an extra purchase; transaction records determine the final result.
3. Are outcomes guaranteed?
The item pool is defined, but a particular item or rarity is not guaranteed unless the product page expressly says so. Previous reveals do not change the next result unless a pack clearly describes a different mechanism. Always review the displayed rarity or probability information before buying.
4. Do I own the collectible I reveal?
The item record will state whether the collectible is digital, held physically for you, eligible for delivery, or subject to another fulfillment method. Ownership and risk transfer follow the pack terms, confirmed transaction, and applicable law.
5. Can Rarely store or ship physical items?
Storage and shipping will only be available where the app explicitly offers them. Before confirming delivery, Rarely will show the destination requirements, fees, taxes, insurance options, and estimated timing. Keep your address current and review the final order summary.
6. Can I trade or sell an item?
Trading, resale, buyback, wallet, and withdrawal features may not be available at launch or in every region. When a feature becomes available, the app will show eligibility, fees, verification, valuation, and settlement terms before you use it.
7. How is a displayed value calculated?
Any displayed market reference may use recent transactions, public listings, condition, edition, scarcity, and other data. It is an estimate, not a guarantee, appraisal, or promise that a buyer exists. Collectible values can change quickly.
8. Can I cancel or refund a reveal?
A completed reveal is generally final unless local law or the checkout terms provide otherwise. Rarely will review duplicate charges, unauthorized activity, incomplete transactions, damaged deliveries, and other eligible issues. Contact the verified support channel with the transaction reference and relevant evidence.
9. What fees will I pay?
The final checkout or feature screen will show the purchase price and any tax, shipping, storage, insurance, processing, currency conversion, or marketplace fee before you confirm. Do not proceed if the total is unclear.
10. How does Rarely protect my information?
Rarely limits collection to information needed for account operation, purchases, security, support, and optional features. Payment card details are normally handled directly by an authorized payment processor. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
11. What if I want to take a break?
Stop purchasing, disable optional notifications, and contact support through the verified in-app or store-listing channel to ask about a cooling-off period or account closure. See our Responsible Purchasing Policy for practical guidance.
12. How do I contact support?
Use the support option in the Rarely app or the verified contact shown in the official app-store listing. Include your account identifier and transaction or delivery reference, but never send a password, one-time code, complete card number, or identity document through an unverified channel.
